This morning, we met friends Mary and Joy for a play date at the Children's Museum! Mary is the sweet sweet girl I met at church who talked me off the ledge when I first learned I'd be a Baby Buncher. Joy and I went to high school together and hadn't seen each other in... ehem, 15 years?! Sheesh. Trevor was right at home in the little medical area. And here's a free bit of advice: When your child is wearing a legit stethoscope in his ears- he can't hear you. That one's on the house.
Tatum was happy to feel so big and independent as she walked ALL over the place going from one exciting thing to the next.

And then, the day just got better. Everyone knows (at least all of the three people that read this blog) that getting packages in the mail is one of my absolute favorite things. They don't have to be fancy... it could be toilet paper... getting mail is just plain fun. Once again, Grandma Steen scored super-cool points in sending some super cute loot from Restoration Hardware:
Oh c'mon, you knew we had to try it...

Not sure how I talked you down from the ledge while I myself am still standing on it! Lol. I'm so glad we met when we did though...and your kids are so sweet-watching y'all in action I was a little (lot) humbled by how calmly you talk to them :)
