*** Update*** Since I missed my doctor's apt yesterday (when Trevor's took too long), I headed to CareNow this morning to get checked out. Turns out I've got bronchitis... yee haw. With the help of a hefty steroid shot, some antibiotics and some cough syrup, I'm hoping to kick this in a day or two! Trevor woke up doing much better today too! Three cheers for the Lord's provision of wise physicians and good medicine!

No... despite my inevitably emerging super-mom traits, this post doesn't refer to any masked crusader. I fully recognize this may seem a bit trite in light of how many blogs there are out there asking for prayer for REALLY sick babies. BUT, it would be awesome if you guys could send a few prayers up for us... we've caught "the crud" and it's proving difficult to keep our newest and most vulnerable member properly quarantined.
Trevor and I headed out to the doctor today and got the "it's not bad yet, but keep a close watch" regarding Trev's cough and congestion. Basically, the worry is that he'll wind up with RSV (which isn't good for him) and could be quite bad for our baby girl. To add in a little more fun, I seem to be fighting the same thing Trevor has and Daddy seems to be coming down with symptoms today (are you seeing a trend?).
It seems inevitable that Tatum will get it too...which is where the prayer part comes in. Today I ran by Walgreens to pick up an arsenal of medicine and germ-a-phobe masks so we won't spread germs while feeding her, etc. So, if you happen to drive by and peek in our windows... rest assured, we haven't contracted the bird-flu.

Oh, friend, I will pray. I get the "please Lord don't let the baby get___" phobia. It's real and it's powerful!! Take care :)
RSV is the devil. Seriously. We were in urgent care all night because of it.
You need a bubble.
I am praying for you all! That stuff is so nasty and I am so sorry you all are all having to fight it...feel better soon :)
The Michael Jackson mask look is TOTALLY in! :)
I hope you guys are all feeling better! I'm glad nothing is wrong with your sense of humor!
Not sure how I missed this post.... hope you guys are feeling better already. And no matter what there is always room for prayer for everyone no matter how sick or not they are. :)
