Poor Trevor. He has been fighting a little cold the past few days which really hadn't been troubling him too much. This morning, when I picked him up from his crib, I noticed his eyes looked a little red and swollen. I thought he'd just had a rough nights' sleep! This afternoon, after my OB appointment, I decided to do some grocery shopping. There he was, sitting in the cart in front of me when what did I notice? Nastiness... completely disgusting nastiness in the corners of his eyes. So, after a call to the doctor, we abandoned the grocery shopping, headed home for a quick nap, then headed to the doctor to hear the news that was completely obvious to anyone who laid eyes on our boy. Trevor has pink eye. This picture was taken tonight after dinner, before his bath. His eyes are puffy, goopy, and red, as are his cheeks. (The red cheeks are partly chapped, and partly spaghetti covered.) His little expression just says "misery." Thankfully, we now have a handy bottle of eye drops to help him become his normal self in a couple of days!

I rushed Morgan to the doctor this afternoon too after I picked up Hunter from school. I look backed and all of the sudden her eyes where red, swollen and a rash formed around them.
She has wheezing, an ear infection forming and a cough. Two types of medication. The doctor had me scared at first, they were concerned about her wheezing and said if it doesn't clear up in 10 days or if starts to get worse.... on a breathing machine. Sigh.
Poor babies!!!
How are you doing mommy? You are SOOOO close.
Poor Baby! Ryder has been fighting a cold/cough for 3 weeks now...I took him back this week for a check and they told me that at this age sometimes it can take a month to get totally out of there system! Hopefully the Pink Eye moves on a little faster! I love his PJ's too! He is so handsome, Heather!
