This is the picture I should keep in my back pocket for anytime I think I'm having a hard day... these are my youngest siblings, ages 1,2,3,4,5... wow.
And here they are now.... this is the picture I should keep in my back pocket for those times I think "how long before they can go potty by themselves, tie their own shoes, prepare their own meals...etc etc." I'm guessing my mom would love to spend a few hours a week tying shoes again.
This picture makes me melt. It's not the greatest of me, but it's the absolute sweetest of my precious sister, Heather. I was in high school, somewhere around 15... holding a foster baby named Chad. He was our Christmas surprise that year, and if I remember right, he was a projectile spitter-upper the likes of which I'd never seen... that is until about 15 years later when I had my firstborn.
Here is my precious sister, and my first-born last Fall. Heather just turned 20. TWENTY. Goodness, this post is making me feel very old.
And a sibling post would be highly lacking if I didn't include a flashback photo of myself and my big brother, Bryan. He's who assures me Tatum can still share my genetics and have that hair.
