The upside of Cabin Fever...

I'll just say it. The first few days of our Texas ice-storm were miserable. The weather was cold, the ground was iced-over, and really, it was ugly. But then, one morning we woke to glorious snow. The beautiful, duck-feathery, falling kind. The kind you play in, the kind that welcomes you outdoors, even when it's ridiculously cold. We scoured our house for anything slippery to sled on...
"Roll-out-of-bed-and-go-sled-head."
I'm fairly certain "sledding" didn't make it on the Little Tykes list of intended uses for this rocking motorcycle... We bought it at a garage sale for $1.50 when Trevor was a year old. The buttons never made sounds... it was kind of a dud.... until THIS day!

It was perfect.

Haha-this is priceless! They are so adorable. And I love sledding on the motorcycle-genius!
