Thank you, Mom, for being you! Thank you for all those lessons you imparted to me without even trying. You showed me the value in being at home for my kids, and in the small things a mom does to show love. Like having snacks ready when they come home from school, (even when they're in high school). Or taking time to make a home warm, inviting, and beautiful.... a peaceful retreat from a chaotic world. Here you are, 30 something years and 8 kids later, can you believe it all started here?
These pictures paint a scene all-too familiar to me. Thank you for showing me the hardest job in the world can also be lots of fun. We love you, and hope you have a wonder-filled day!

That has got to be the cutest video ever. Oh, and, um HELLO THERE LITTLE HEATHER/TATUM in those childhood pictures. Could you BE any more the same baby? I mean, really.
