As we were walking out of the splash park, the kids followed behind me. I turned around and watched as Trevor grabbed his sister's hand to hold.... "We're friends, mommy." he said.
He then turns to her and whispers in her ear, "I love you."
Lord knows, it helps to have a buddy when your mom forgets your clothes.
