Yum.

Right now, Pioneer Woman is my new (unofficial) BFF. Why? Because of this: She posted a recipe for Cinnamon Baked French Toast on her site the other day and I decided to try it. It can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning. Top with butter, and syrup and well, it's heavenly. She recommends baking for 45 minutes for a bread-pudding texture. We baked it for about an hour and 10 min. and it was perfect.

(Ya'll don't be jealous of my super-stylish fine china.)

Proof? Look at these mouths.

My super picky,"I won't eat it, touch it, or look at it unless I've devoured it before," children stuffed it in their mouths. Yes, I called it a "Cinnamon Roll." We do what works around here.
