10 Things I love about YOU, Trevor...

- When riding in the car one day, I hear: "Legs, shakin' Mommy"... "Shorts shakin." I realize he's noticed how the car causes things to vibrate. He now asks his legs if they are okay after the "shakin'" subsides.
- This morning, I grabbed and ate a few M&M's on my way upstairs to get Trevor from his crib. I picked him up, hugged him, told him "Good Morning!" and he responds: "Candy, Mommy?!" So very busted.
- He will hear a noise and then hold his hand up to his ear as if listening closely and say "Wah-Sat?!" (What's that?)
- Trevor offers his snacks and drinks to his toys. He will hold them up to the front of his cars and say "Juice? McQueen?... Oh, thanks."
- We have our own personal radar detector. He can spot a police car hiding in the most obscure places. Usually, when we hear "police car!" it takes us several seconds to find it.
- He makes voices for his toys. He once put an octopus puppet in his high chair and asked it if it would like "Mac Mac" to eat. He then responded in a deep, slow voice "No, tanks Trevor."
- He refuses to sit in his highchair if there is even a tiny spec of food on it. He stands there in front of it and says "dirty, Mommy... clean it?" until offensive item is located and removed.
- When Tatum is crying in another room (when I'm making dinner, etc.), I will sometimes ask Trevor to go play with her so she won't be sad. He will often walk into the other room, bend over and look at her asking sweetly "Matter, Tay-Tay?"
- He looks out our back windows saying "Al-gater!" or "Butterfly" or "Lion!" He will stand there until I come "see."
- He asks to do the "Chicken Dance."
