So Heather has patted my back more than a few times on here. She deserves a big pat as well…
With that in mind, I’m going to do a multi-part series on Heather, proving why I’m extremely blessed to have her in my life.
It all started back on August 6th, 1978… (don’t worry, there will be some serious fast-forwarding!) She was born extremely premature, and they didn’t think she was alive until she came out crying. She managed to fight through all of those early struggles and turned out to be a pretty darn cute, healthy little girl…
Her early struggles were a testament to her fortitude in life, to which she still holds strong today. She is definitely a fighter, as her dad informed me when I asked for her hand. (or was it a warning?) Seriously, though, there is nobody I would rather have by my side through anything life throws at us, and I mean nobody.
To be continued…
