[So, take 1 and 2 didn't work right, we'll see on take 3... changing to much shorter video for time purposes!]
Yes, I should post an embarassing picture of Heather up here after what she posted. But I won't - I'll take the honorable route. (is it still honorable if I have to mention it??) I wasn't even that self-conscious about it until a certain comment described my legs as if they were two savage beasts "coming at" said commentor, completely separate from the "sweet" portion of the image.
Anyway, I'm testing out embedding a video with a different method - trying to get away from youtube's links... if anybody noticed awhile back, our "hot dog dance" youtube video had some pretty interesting videos linked to it. Evidently "hot" and "dance" aren't good search terms to have. Not exactly sure why (see the halo over my head?). So if this post starts out with jacked up formatting, sorry.
4 days and counting... speaking of, since most of the readers of this are female, and our upcoming baby will also be a female, I'll throw two questions out there for comment. What is the most important thing your dad taught you (and how - verbally, by example, etc...), and what is one of your favorite things about him. Hopefully this isn't a touchy subject for some of you, and if so, I apologize!

Ha! I don't remember reading anything about "savage beasts"... that's funny though.
And on the dad lessons... I think one of the best things my dad did for me was to make it very clear that he (the strongest and most capable person I knew of) was ALWAYS in my corner and would protect me from whatever may cross my path. I think it gave me a sense of confidence to go out and face the "unknowns" in the world. I'm sure there were other lessons, but that one seems pretty key.
ps. The fact that you even thought to pose this question shows what a great daddy you'll be to our little girl!
